I wrote a new tool for Wikidata! It’s called “Ranker” and lets you edit the ranks of several statements at once. https://ranker.toolforge.org

For example, if you think the current and former time zone statements of South Korea ought to have preferred and normal rank, rather than normal and deprecated, you can fix them in one edit:

The Ranker tool now has several batch modes: you can specify statements as a list or query for them, and do the same set/increment action for all statements or specify a rank for each. See the documentation for details: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User:Lucas_Werkmeister/Ranker#Batch_mode

Ranker update: since WCQS beta 1 is about to be decommissioned, and WCQS beta 2 requires authentication, I’ve had to remove Commons querying support. The query-based batch modes are only available for Wikidata now.

New Ranker feature! The tool now lets you specify a reason for preferred / deprecated rank, and also removes existing reason qualifiers (since they no longer apply).
